Boulevard Chevrolet Buick GMC is a car dealership located in the city of Rimouski. Prior to Boulevard GM, the Chevrolet Oldsmobile dealership was located in the village of Bic, near Rimouski, under the name Wilfred Ouellet Inc. At that time, the garage employed 28 people.

In 1961, Wilfred Ouellet, owner of the Wilfred Ouellet Inc. garage, moved to Rimouski under the name Boulevard Chevrolet Inc., located at 375 Jessop Boulevard. Unfortunately, Mr. Ouellet passed away before the official inauguration of his new dealership, and his daughter Estelle and son Jean took over the business. Shortly after, the business was acquired by Roger Doucet and Eustache Soucy, and the workforce grew to 68 employees. Several divisions were subsequently created, including motorcycles, snowmobiles, trailers, mobile homes, heavy truck sales and service, Tilden (now National), and tire service.

At Boulevard Chevrolet, customers could purchase products from GM, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Michelin, Bombardier, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Norton, L'Islet, Glendale, and Lionel. In the 1980s, Marcel Castonguay became the new owner. During this period, Boulevard Chevrolet was the largest car dealership in Eastern Quebec, employing approximately 125 people.

Several years later, in 1995, Daniel Caron and three associates, Wilbert Béchard, Gaétan Levesque, and Pierre Robichaud, became the new owners.

In April 2001, the new Boulevard Chevrolet dealership was built in the Industrial Park, within the Cité des Achats, where it is currently located. The dealership now operates under the name Boulevard Chevrolet Buick GMC. Since 2012, it has been a family-owned business, with Wilbert, Marie-Eve, and Pierre Béchard as the owners.
